This talk will cover evolving IPR issues and future IPR challenges in a rapidly changing digital world, including advances in technology and content delivery systems, policy and social change.


Hogarth Andall is Director IP & Technology at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe.

Hogarth joined Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) in 1999. Hogarth's responsibilities include the registration, management, protection and enforcement of Sony Computer Entertainment's IPR across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania.  Prior to joining SCEE, Hogarth practised as a barrister.
