David Wilkinson

David Wilkinson joined Stevens & Bolton LLP as a partner and Head of Intellectual Property in 2006. He had previously been a partner at Bristows for over 7 years. He has been described by The Legal 500 as "one of the country’s leading contentious IP partners" and is individually ranked in Band 1 by Chambers’ 2010 directory. David sits on the executive committee of TIPLO (The Intellectual Property Lawyers’ Organisation).

David has extensive experience of all aspects of intellectual property, including trade mark, patent, copyright, design and confidential information litigation and the negotiation and drafting of licences and other agreements relating to IP. He is a solicitor-advocate and has represented clients as an advocate before the Patents County Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. David is also a trained mediator.
